Review and redesign of Stormwater and Irrigation Networks and Connections
The Emirati Housing Development projects; Ain Al Fayda and Jebel Hafeet began construction without the necessary irrigation and stormwater network connections to support their residents.
Despite obtaining design, stage approvals for each development, various disputes and adjustments to the irrigation and landscaping plans have resulted in a need for the initial approved designs to be reviewed and re-designed to meet the current and future requirements of the projects.
