17 Private Residential Plots in Al Nabbagh

The project is the design of infrastructure, public realm and specific community services for the masterplan of the 17 private VIP residential plots in Al Nabbagh Area Al Ain, including the necessary connections to existing roads and infrastructure supply and discharge points for all utilities.

The key project objectives are as follows:

• Finalize location for the proposed addition
• Establish Land Use/occupancy of each plot and relative transport/utility demands
• Establish/verify land control points of existing farms in the area to be relocated
• Maintain an estimated project budget/cost approved by employer & Client.
• Obtain all necessary Stakeholder Approvals & NOC’s to enable a construction contractor to proceed with the works upon tender
  Design all aspects of project to standards and objectives of Al Ain Plan 2030
