Design
The Project Consists of the Design of a 4-star, 1000 rooms hotel and Non Commissioned Officers accommodation in Abu Dhabi UAE.
It is intended to serve as an architectural landmark in the region. The rooms are Luxurious with all associated amenities, facilities, multi story car park, landscape, internal and external sport recreation areas.
The Hotel is split as follow:
- The hotel wing which includes a commercial hotel for the short and medium term stays comprising 120 king rooms, 80 double rooms and 200
- The NCO wing which includes an accommodation for medium to long term stays for non-commissioned officers comprising 600 king
The Scope included the Design of the Buildings (external and internal), access roads, utilities, landscape and all the necessary structural and Electrical and Mechanical works.
